In an inspiring move for the region’s martial arts community, Karate Dojo, a dynamic new startup, has officially launched in Guwahati. The venture is the brainchild of Babla Zamal, a Black Belt holder and renowned karate instructor with over three decades of experience in training and mentoring students in the Wado Kai style.
Babla Zamal, who has been a respected figure in the local karate scene since the 1980s, is partnering with Altaf Hussain, Founder of the successful auto-repair network GarageWa, to bring this vision to life. While Zamal will continue to lead Karate Dojo’s sports and training programs, Hussain will focus on driving marketing and expansion across the state and beyond.
