Ümit Hava Unveils Romanesque Villa Design for Famous Turkish Footballer

Beykoz Villa Exterior Design by Ümit Hava @umitdizayn

Renowned interior designer Ümit Hava, CEO of ÜmitDizayn, has revealed his latest architectural project – a grand Romanesque villa. The design, shared through his official Instagram page, marks one of his most ambitious undertakings yet.

According to sources, the villa is being designed for a well-known Turkish footballer, though the athlete’s identity is being kept confidential.

The Romanesque style of the villa is a departure from modern architectural trends, but Ümit Hava is known for incorporating historical elements into his projects. The villa, based on early medieval European architecture, features classic Romanesque design staples like rounded arches, massive stone walls, and symmetrical layouts. The structure also includes extensive stonework and decorative carvings that reflect the elegance and power of the Romanesque era, combined with modern luxury.

The exterior design is characterized by its imposing arches and thick columns, lending the villa a strong and timeless presence. Large, multi-pane windows offer ample natural light, while expansive courtyards provide open, outdoor living spaces. The design also incorporates traditional Romanesque features like vaulted ceilings and semi-circular arches, seamlessly blending classic design elements with the functional needs of contemporary living.

ÜmitDizayn’s Romanesque villa design is also planned to include multiple luxurious amenities. Early renderings suggest that the villa will house several bedrooms, a grand dining hall, and an impressive library, all constructed in a way that highlights the fusion of old-world charm with modern convenience. High ceilings and wide corridors will contribute to the spacious feel of the interior, while the outdoor areas will offer lush gardens and expansive terraces.

While the location of the villa has not been disclosed, it is speculated that it will be built in Beykoz, Istanbul, an upscale region of Turkey. Given the footballer’s high profile, privacy is expected to be a key aspect of the design. Security features, discreet entrances, and high walls may be included to ensure the client’s privacy and safety.
